What type of leash do you prefer?
I currently have a 4′ red leather leash (which I don’t really like for aesthetic reasons) and a 6′ cheap black nylon leash, but I’d like to get a nice, black or brown leather leash for my dog. She’s a 16-17 lb. 1 year old Corgi (yeah, she’s small for a Corgi).
Which do you prefer- leather, nylon, or fabric? What length, and why? I don’t plan on throwing away my old leashes, by the way. I just want a nice one to use on walks and such (as opposed to training) Do you have any brands you prefer that aren’t cheap, yet not too expensive? (under $25-30 would be nice) Thanks!
No offense to anyone with Flexi-leads, but I personally don’t like them- they encourage the dog to pull and there’s also a safety risk.
