Cage or crate for dogs?
What is the difference between a cage and a crate? Animal right activists and the SPCA go absolutely apecrap when they hear about dogs in cages but petstores sell crates for people to keep their pets in.
Isn’t a crate just a convenience for people who won’t devote enough time to properly train their dog(s)?
Don’t have a crate, never owned a crate, never intend to own a crate and my dog is well behaved, never eaten my furniture, toilet trained early. HOWEVER, If I lived in a cold climate or a very hot climate then I would maybe reconsider, but my GSD is perfectly happy outside if I am not home.
